Returns Period

14 days from the date of delivery. Returns after this period cannot be processed.

Return Requirements

• Items must be in their original condition with original packaging

• Customers are responsible for return shipping costs for returns due to personal preference

• For defective products: Take photos/videos and contact customer service for reimbursement of return costs

Return Process

Send an email to support@fishlyx.com with:

1. Order number

2. Reason for return

⚠️ Important: If you do not receive a return address before sending the item back, we cannot guarantee the return will be processed.

Packaging Requirements

• Use the original packaging or a sturdy cardboard box with protective filling

• Include the order number on a note inside the package

Refund Processing Time

• Processing time: 5-7 working days after the package arrives at our warehouse

• Refund to credit card: 2-7 working days (depending on your bank)

Special Cases

• Gifts: May be kept in case of a return

• Lost return package? Please provide documentation with your tracking number

• Incorrect address / Failure to collect: An additional fee of £100 GBP will be charged
